On December 3rd, the 12thAnnual Conference on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools was held in Guizhou University both online and offline. Ke Xiaohua, Director of the International Office of GDUFS, and other staff were present at the one-day meeting.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Tao Hongjian, Director-General of Hainan Provincial Department of Education, and Mrs. Mao Dongmin from the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education, delivered speeches concerning policies and regulations on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in running schools.

The theme of this year’s conference was Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running schools in the Post-pandemic Era—Constructing the New Development Paradigm through High-quality Growth. Experts and scholars from different colleges and universities presented constructive reports, centering around relevant topics such as learning from practical experience of operating Sino-foreign joint schools under the unprecedented post-pandemic environment, further strengthening the development quality, conducting progressive reforms and innovations and formulating feasible development schemes, etc.

GDUFS participants paid close attention to the reports and were engaged in active discussions so as to promote the cooperation with other countries in education.
