On November 11th, the conference on GDUFS Scholarship Application and the 1st Round of Review for Education Abroad Program was held successfully online. Attendees of this event were the coordinators of foreign affairs and relevant staff from GDUFS faculties.

At the conference, the International Office of GDUFS first presented a brief introduction on the previous year’s work on scholarship evaluation, followed by a detail analysis conducted to highlight major points for considerations on this year’s selection procedure. The meeting ended with a Q&A session.

Since the implementation of the scholarship scheme for Education Abroad Program which aims at building high-level universities, the annual number of students at GDUFS receiving such scholarships exceeds 100, and the highest scholarship award is RMB 200,000 per winner. This surely benefits the expansion of students’ international vision and advances the quality of internationalized school running.
