On October 28th, an online meeting was held for the launch of GDUFS Education Abroad Program. Zhou Peng, Deputy Director of the International Office, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He pointed out that GDUFS has been devoted to developing high-quality and multidimensional education programs for students who want to further their study abroad. He stressed that it is essential for students acquire information in advance and make certain of their good preparation for the future application of studying overseas.

Fan Shihuan from the International Office introduced the established international programs and gave instructions on the application qualifications and related policies of Scholarship for Education Abroad Program. Bai Gele from the Office of Academic Affairs elaborated on college credit transfer and other academic arrangements. A student winner of top university scholarship award of RMB 200,000 was invited to share his overseas study experience with other student participants.

This event aimed at expanding students’ international vision through helping them to gain a better insight into those programs and relevant policies. Educational agencies present at the meeting included SAF and US International Education Association.
